Desensitizing a Dressage Horse

Destiny is a funny horse. She has an incredibly strong sense of self-preservation (and will use her long legs to defend it), but also a good sense of humor to deal with the crazy things we humans throw at her to help her understand better our world.

Here I help her and her rider, Natalia, to deal with pesky things like flags and noisy spectators, something they deal with every time they go to a show/competition, and something Destiny has been known to overreact to.

By the end, we are all laughing, and I believe Destiny was, too! She improved so much, and we gained insight into her mind, and hers into ours.
